Lendlease is seeking a Fund Analyst to support the Fund Manager in ensuring robust fund analytics and reporting.
You will develop and manage fund models, perform financial analysis, and monitor performance against the fund strategy and budget.
You will work within the Mandates Business to inform decision making through modelling and analysis of capital plans, KPI alignment and asset strategy.
This role requires robust quantitative skills and knowledge of real estate financing.
