Property Administrator - Corporate Services
Property Administrator | Melbourne-Based | National Corporate Property Portfolio
Grace Corporate Services is looking for an organised, detail-focused Property Administrator to join our Melbourne-based Corporate Services team, supporting the administration of corporate residential leases nationally.
This is a pure administration and coordination role - not a traditional Property Manager position with your own portfolio.
It's ideal for someone with residential property management or real estate administration experience who enjoys the property side of the industry but wants to move away from managing a portfolio directly.
Reporting to the Mobility Manager, you'll provide administrative and coordination support across our corporate residential leases, working closely with real estate agents, landlords, suppliers, corporate clients and our internal mobility team.
This is a great opportunity to bring your property expertise into a stable, process-driven role with a supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Administering corporate residential leases across Australia, including documentation, renewals, extensions and terminations
Monitoring lease commencement and expiry dates, and ensuring key milestones are actioned
Liaising with real estate agents, property managers, landlords and internal teams
Coordinating rental payments, bonds and other property-related expenses
Assisting with property applications and supporting documentation
Coordinating entry and exit requirements, including vacate processes,
final inspections and bond reconciliation
Managing property and lease information within internal systems and databases
Reviewing and processing property-related invoices and documentation
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
Supporting reporting for corporate clients and assisting the wider Mobility team with property-related enquiries
You'll be managing property administration across multiple Australian states, so strong organisation and the ability to track a large volume of leases, dates and actions will be essential.
About You
We're particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in property management, real estate or residential leasing, combined with strong administration skills.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, leasing or a similar property-focused role
A good understanding of residential leases and property management processes
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Solid written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines and priorities at once
Confidence working across multiple systems and databases, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel)
A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work autonomously as part of a collaborative team
Experience within a real estate agency or property management team would be highly regarded.
