We are looking for a passionate automotive sales skilled who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships and achieving outstanding sales results.

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process
Responding to and following up customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers
Identifying customer needs and matching them with the right Jaecoo vehicle
Conducting professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives
Preparing and presenting vehicle quotes and negotiating sales
Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity
Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all enquiries are followed through to completion
Using online platforms and digital communication to engage with customers
Staying up to date with Jaecoo product knowledge, features, pricing and current campaigns
Keeping informed about competitor products and market trends
Working closely with the wider dealership team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Consistently working towards and achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry




A strong customer‐first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Confidence in dealing with customers both face‐to‐face and through digital channels
A proactive and self‐motivated approach
Strong follow‐up and relationship‐building skills
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
The ability to work effectively as part of a high‐performing team
A current driver's licence
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is hungry for success, enjoys working with people and wants to build a long‐term career in automotive sales.
