Key Responsibilities
PerformHealth Assessmentsand assist with patient care.
Administervaccinations and immunisations.
Oversee themanagement of vaccinesand ensure compliance withCold Chain Managementprotocols.
ConductECG,Spirometry, andEar Syringing.
ProvideWound Care and Dressings.
Assist withminor proceduresand Support doctors in daily practice operations.
Performsterilisationof medical instruments and maintain stock control.
Coordinate therecall and reminder systemfor patient follow-ups.
Manage paperwork related toChronic Disease ManagementandCare Plan Reviews.
Oversee the coordination and maintenance of thetreatment room.
Maintain accurate records inPRODA,Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) Online, and theAustralian Immunisation Register (AIR).
Strong General Practice nursing skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy clinical environment.
Experience with health assessments, chronic disease management support, vaccinations, wound care, ECGs, recalls, and treatment room procedures.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, workflows, and processes.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ensures compliance with Australian healthcare regulations, reporting requirements, infection control standards, and clinic policies.




Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Patient-centred approach with warmth, empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering quality care.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High standards of professionalism, accountability, honesty, and reliability.

Mandatory Requirements
Victorian Driver's License.
CurrentAHPRA Registration.
ValidCPR and First Aid Certificate.
CurrentNational Police Check.
