We're after an experienced, switched-on plumber who wants to work independently, manage their own day, and be part of a company that respects your time and effort.
You'll mostly be locating underground services and doing the odd plumbing fix before our repair teams get started.
No trench digging, no crawling through sewers — just clean, smart work supporting small residential jobs around Brisbane & the Gold Coast.
(Some regional and interstate work with all expenses covered).

About the role
Use locating equipment (CAT4 and Ridgid See Snakes) to identify and mark underground services
Read site plans and DBYD info to safely prep each site
Do minor plumbing tasks: fixing small leaks, clearing blockages, reconnecting pipes
Keep an eye on underground services during our foundation repair work
Write plumbing reports for the teams and office
Keep your gear in good nick and communicate clearly with the office
Who this suits
Experienced, qualified plumber who wants work-life balance
Knows their way around a CAT4/Ridgid, or keen to be trained on them
Comfortable doing basic plumbing (no rough-ins, just service work)
Clean, professional, and respectful with homeowner clients
Likes working solo but happy to be part of a bigger team
Holds a full driver's licence and is happy to travel interstate/rural occasionally
What this job isn't
It's not a subcontractor role — you'll be part of the team with all the regular full-time perks
It's not a full plumbing role — just light service work around our main structural repair jobs
It's not a fit for someone who needs constant direction — we'll train you, but you'll run your own day and manage clients.
