Shangri-La Sydney is currently recruiting Demi Chefs to join our Altitude Kitchen.
We are looking for passionate and eager individuals with at least 2 years experience within an upmarket a la carte restaurant or 5 Star Hotel operation and previous experience at a Commis or Demi Chef level.
In the role, you will participate in preparation, cooking and presentation of food, assist in creating recent menus, and ensure food is prepared to Shangri-La Sydney standards.
