The Opportunity
We are offering apermanent full time rolestructured overfour days per week, providing an excellent work-life balance within a busy and supportive team.
Primarily based atRed Hill Dental Practiceyou will also support our associate clinic,Flinders Dental Practice.
You will enjoy a varied role that keeps your days engaging by combining front-desk coordination with hands‐on clinical nursing duties.
What You'll Do
Patient Experience:Welcome patients with a warm, professional manner and ensure a high standard of care.
Appointment Coordination:Manage busy appointment books, oversee daily operations and strictly adhere to practice administrative protocols.
Clinical Support:Assist chairside during a wide range of procedures, maintaining strict sterilisation and infection control protocols.
What We're Looking For
Proven Experience:



Previous experience in both dental assisting and reception is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Confidence in managing complex scheduling and patient management software.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
Clinical Standards: Skilled in clinical assisting and sterilisation procedures.
