The Role
You'll take ownership of developments fromconcept through to delivery, working closely with the Director, consultants, clients and broader project team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Development strategy and planning
Feasibility and project assessment
Managing consultants and project teams
Design coordination




Planning and approvals
Project budgets and programmes
Client and stakeholder management
Risk and issue management
Project delivery
Reporting directly to the Director
Driving projects forward and achieving successful outcomes
About You
You'll be an experiencedDevelopment Managerwith 5+ years' experience and a strong understanding of the development lifecycle.
Ideally, you'll have:
Retail and/or commercial development experience
Shopping centre experience highly regarded
Greenfield development experience
Strong commercial understanding
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong consultant management experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, hands‐on approach
Ability to work autonomously
Ambition to grow with a boutique consultancy
