With a strong pipeline ahead, we're looking for someone who can take ownership on site, lead a good crew and keep projects moving.
The Opportunity
You'll take the lead on the day-to-day delivery of commercial plumbing projects, working closely with our Project Managers and plumbing team.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading and coordinating plumbers and apprentices
Planning upcoming works and keeping the crew productive
Coordinating materials, subcontractors and site requirements
Reading drawings and identifying issues before they become problems
Maintaining quality and completing project QA
Working with builders, site managers and other trades
Keeping works safe, organised and on program




Developing the next generation of Fleming plumbers
You'll have the support of an experienced Project Manager —we're looking for someone to lead the site, not do five people's jobs.
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in talking to you if you're:
An experienced Plumbing Supervisorlooking for a strong pipeline of commercial projects and a long-term future.
OR
An experienced Commercial Plumber or Leading Handwho's ready to take the next step into supervision.
You don't need to know everything on day one.
You do need to be someone who:
Knows commercial plumbing
Takes ownership
Can organise people and work
Communicates well
Sets high standards
Earns the respect of the crew
Identifies problems early
Wants to keep developing
