About the Role
This is a busy and varied role supporting our office and operations team.
You'll be a key point of contact for customers and staff, helping keep our day-to-day administration running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, document management, and accurate record-keeping
Use the Simpro job management system efficiently and professionally
Assist with scheduling staff and resolving scheduling conflicts
Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
Support the Maintenance Coordinator and wider administration team as required
