Hipages is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead two squads driving AI acceleration across our customer operations.
You'll own the Salesforce Agentforce platform and an AI Transformation squad already running a live voice AI agent in production, shipping recent agents across voice, chat, email and back-office processes.
You will co-author the AI transformation roadmap with Product Managers and business stakeholders, and drive it through to execution.
