In This Role You Will
Lead a team delivering strategic advice and insights for Māori outcomes
Build trusted partnerships with iwi, hapū and justice sector stakeholders
Design and oversee initiatives that address systemic disproportionality
Embed Te Tiriti principles, tikanga and mātauranga Māori across our work
Provide leadership across strategy, performance and organisational priorities

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
Demonstrate deep understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori
Bring experience leading complex, multidisciplinary teams
Bring experience building influential relationships across government and Māori partners
Deliver strategic programmes, policy, service design or system change
Provide clear, evidence-based advice to senior leaders and stakeholders

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is between $149,972 to $193,782.
The appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
