Silica Restaurant is seeking talented Chefs, Cooks, and a 2nd Year Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team.
We are looking for multiple roles for the upcoming busy period.
Strong understanding of food safety, health and hygiene regulations.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure during service.
Creative flair and passion for menu development.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
Support senior kitchen staff and contribute to a cooperative kitchen environment.
A passion for cooking and genuine interest in developing a career within the hospitality industry.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, particularly during peak service times.
