What are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Care Worker in residential aged care (desired)
CurrentVictorian Working With Children Check (Employee version)
Current and ongoingfluvaccinations
Ability to pass anational police clearance/NDISclearance
Demonstrated experience withdementiacare andpalliativecare support(desired)
Excellence in decision making,



critical analysis and on the spot problem solving
Demonstrated abilities to delegate and prioritise in a rapid paced environment with exemplary communication skills in a team and one on one interactions with all levels of care partners
Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
