First National Real Estate is seeking a motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our Kiama area team on a full-time or four-day-per-week basis.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties with support from a trusted accounting and agency network.
You'll build solid landlord and tenant relationships, oversee leases, renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and property maintenance while contributing to asset performance reporting.
