Ten Tops on the Central Coast is seeking a Store Support Lead to assist the Store Manager and oversee Customer Service Assistants during your shift, driving KPIs and brand loyalty.
You will lead front-end operations, train staff, ensure fast checkout, maintain cleanliness, manage stock and payroll duties, and support opening/closing procedures while adhering to SOPs.
This role requires recent retail experience, strong numeracy, and excellent communication in a rapid-paced team environment.
