As a recognised one-stop shop, they provide a comprehensive range of industrial piping and valve solutions and have built a strong reputation for quality, innovation and reliability.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking twoAccounts Administratorsto join the team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, these roles will provide hands‐on accounts payable, accounts receivable and general finance administration support.
About the Role
This is a varied Accounts Administrator position suited to someone who enjoys a hands‐on role and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and getting things done.
You will support the day-to-day finance function, with responsibilities across accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing and reconciliation, supplier liaison, and some inventory and freight‐related financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice and payment processing
Match and reconcile supplier invoices, credit notes and freight charges
Verify invoice pricing, quantities, part codes and supporting documentation
Investigate and resolve supplier discrepancies, damages, shortages and returns
Process and maintain price list and financial data
Manage customs and duty payment invoices and liaise with suppliers and internal teams
Enter and reconcile stock and shipment transactions within the ERP system
Maintain accurate financial and supplier records
Prepare and maintain finance, shipping and supporting documentation
Provide general accounts and finance administration support to the Office Manager and wider team
About You




We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail‐oriented Accounts Administrator with solid experience across both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
To be successful, you will have:
2–5 years' experience in an Accounts Administration role, with solid experience across both accounts payable and accounts receivable
Strong attention to detail and a high level of data entry accuracy
Experience processing, matching and reconciling invoices, credit notes and payments
Confident communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Experience using accounting or ERP systems —JIM2 or Oracle highly regarded, but not essential
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
A proactive and practical approach to resolving discrepancies and following tasks through to completion
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team
Experience within awholesale, distribution, manufacturing, logistics or import/export environmentwould be highly regarded, particularly where you have worked with supplier invoices, inventory, freight, stock receipts or customer invoicing.
