Job Description
As part of the IT team, you'll learn valuable skills while supporting staff across the business. Your day could include:
* Being the first point of contact for IT support and Help Desk enquiries
* Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops and mobile devices
* Assisting with troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
* Supporting Wi-Fi, printers and connectivity across the business
* Helping roll out current software and technology upgrades
* Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions
* Monitoring systems and reporting any issues
* Working alongside experienced IT professionals on projects and daily operations
* Learning how business technology systems work in a real-world environment

About the Candidate
You don't need years of experience. We're looking for motivated school leavers who:
* Have recently completed, or are completing, their HSC
* Have an interest in technology and computers
* Are eager to learn and develop new skills
* Communicate well and enjoy helping others
* Can manage their time and work effectively in a team
* Understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality
* Hold a Driver's Licence (or working towards)
