Job Description
Next Ride WA is a Malaga-based dealership specialising in used, unique and performance vehicles. This is a genuine entry-level role with a clear path. You come in, you learn how deals actually get done, and once you're licensed you move onto the sales floor with uncapped commission and a company vehicle., * Contacting and following up incoming leads
* Booking appointments and coordinating the sales diary
* Preparing and checking deal paperwork
* Conducting test drives with customers
* Supporting the sales team through the full deal process, from first enquiry to delivery
* Learning our aftercare and finance processes
* Keeping the yard presentation sharp and vehicle information accurate

About the Candidate




* A genuine interest in cars and the motor trade
* Confident, professional communication - you'll be speaking with customers from day one
* Strong organisation and attention to detail, especially around paperwork
* Reliability and a willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment
* A current WA manual driver's licence
* The ability to work Monday to Friday plus Saturday half days
Work Environment
* A base salary plus superannuation while you train
* A clear, defined path to a licensed sales role with uncapped earnings and a vehicle

* Support to obtain your WA motor vehicle salesperson's licence
