TheWay Back Support Service (TWBSS)is a suicide after-care program designed to provide practical, compassionate support to people who have been discharged from hospital following a suicide attempt or crisis.
The program aims to reduce the risk of suicide by offering coordinated, person-centred care that promotes safety, connection, and hope.
