Job Description
You'll receive hands-on training from an experienced dealership team while learning to sell three well-known automotive brands across a diverse range of passenger vehicles, SUVs, 4WDs and commercial vehicles.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Trainee, you'll learn the complete new vehicle sales process, including:
* Meeting customers and understanding their vehicle needs
* Developing strong product knowledge across Nissan, Suzuki and Renault
* Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
* Responding to showroom, phone and online enquiries
* Following up prospective customers and building relationships
* Learning professional sales and negotiation techniques
* Working towards individual and dealership sales targets
* Assisting with showroom and vehicle presentation
About the Candidate
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right attitude and personality to start a career in automotive sales.
No previous car sales experience is required. We're looking for someone who is confident, motivated, excellent with people and ready to learn.,



Experience in the motor industry isn't necessary.
You may currently be working in retail, hospitality, telecommunications, customer service, real estate or another sales environment and looking for an opportunity where your personality and work ethic can take you further.
