Be bold.
Be innovative.
Make a real impact.
Marketing at Allara is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for someone great to help shape what comes next.
We're growing, investing, trying new things, and building a more modern way of connecting Marketing, Participant Growth, data, technology, and AI.
We already have great people, strong momentum, and a brand we're proud of.
What we want now is someone who can come in, bring energy and structure to the day-to-day Marketing function, and help us turn that momentum into even stronger execution.
This is not a role where you inherit a finished playbook.
You'll be joining while we're actively building the next version of how Marketing works at Allara.
You'll work closely with our CEO, our Fractional Growth Advisor, specialist partners and the broader Marketing and Participant Growth teams.
You'll have access to outstanding capability around you, but also plenty of room to bring your own ideas, challenge how things are done and make a visible impact quickly.
We're looking for ahands-on Marketing Managerto lead day-to-day execution across brand, content, communications, campaigns, and social media.
Someone who can take strategy and turn it into action.
Someone who understands that Marketing shouldn't operate in isolation from Sales and Participant Growth.
And someone who gets excited about how content, creativity, technology, data, and AI can all work together to drive better outcomes.
What you'll do
Own day-to-day marketing coordination and execution
Lead content, communications, social media, and brand activity
Turn strategy into practical campaign plans and deliverables
Work closely with Participant Growth to support enquiries, referrals, and growth priorities
Coordinate internal and external creative resources
Brief and coordinate video, photography, and content production
Maintain brand consistency across channels and assets
Create and coordinate marketing collateral, presentations,
and communications
Use CRM and reporting tools to better understand the impact of marketing activity
Use AI and modern marketing tools to improve speed, quality and consistency
Bring structure to timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-through
What we're looking for
You'll likely have3-5+ years'experience across marketing, brand, content, social, communications or campaigns.
You might already be a Marketing Manager, or you might be a strong marketer ready to step into greater ownership.
More importantly, you'll be someone who:
has strong creative instincts and good judgement
can think and execute
takes ownership and gets things finished
understands content, social and what works in market
can coordinate multiple moving parts without losing momentum
is comfortable briefing creatives and content resources
understands the connection between Marketing and Sales/Growth
is confident with modern marketing systems and AI tools
is comfortable working with data and reporting
wants to keep learning and grow into a bigger role over time
Experience in the NDIS, disability sector or another regulated environment would be a bonus, but it isn't essential.
The environment you'll be walking into
You'll work with tools across content, CRM, reporting, collaboration, and AI, including platforms such as Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Teams, SharePoint, and emerging enterprise AI tools.
You don't need to know every platform on day one.
We care much more about curiosity, judgement, pace, and your willingness to learn.
There is a lot happening at Allara.
There is a lot we want to build.
And for the right person, that's exactly what makes this role so much fun.
If you want a role where you can have real influence, try new things and help shape what a modern Marketing function looks like, we'd love to meet you.
We thank all applicants for their interest.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
