You will lead a capable crew, foster teamwork and a solid safety culture while delivering outstanding production outcomes and ensuring everyone's contribution matters.
What you bring includes supervisory experience in mineral processing, a Statutory 26 Certificate, and a hands-on approach to maintenance planning and plant performance
