We're looking for a drivenSales Advisor or Customer Service Representativeto join us at ourWetherill Parkbranch.
You'll be a key point of contact for our customers - delivering exceptional service and expert assistance over the counter, on the phone, via email and via our e-shop.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver top-tier service by answering enquiries via phone, email and counter sales.
Work closely with our technical department and use internal interpreting tools to deliver rapid, accurate solutions.
Attend to customer sales follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
Process sales orders efficiently through our internal systems.
Efficiently process customer returns, credit requests and perform general administrative duties as needed.
About you – Skills, experience and qualifications:
Previous retail or customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.




Previous mechanical or industrial experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Solid computer skills and the confidence to learn our in-house ERP system.
High attention to detail, a proactive 'can do' approach, and a passion for problem-solving.
