We're looking for an experiencedSenior HR Advisorto join Versatile Group and play a key role in shaping ourPeople & Experiencefunction.
Reporting to theChief People & Experience Officer, you'll partner closely with leaders, managers and employees across the business, providing commercially focused HR advice while helping create a meaningful, connected and engaging employee experience.
This is ahands-on, business-facing HR rolewhere you'll have the opportunity to influence leaders, solve complex people matters and bring our people strategy to life.
About the role
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing trusted HR advice and strategic partnering across the business
Managing and advising on employee relations and complex people matters
Coaching and supporting leaders and managers
Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and the overall employee experience
Facilitating career, growth and development conversations
Supporting culture, values and recognition initiatives
Contributing to learning and people development initiatives
Embedding People & Experience frameworks, policies and initiatives
Using employee feedback and people data to identify opportunities for improvement
Supporting key initiatives across the employee lifecycle
About you
You're an experienced HR skilled who enjoys being close to the business and making a genuine difference.




You'll bring:
Proven experience in aSenior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar HR role
Strong employee relations and generalist HR experience
Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
Strong commercial awareness and sound HR judgement
The ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
Confidence supporting leaders through complex and sensitive people matters
A genuine interest in employee experience, engagement and culture
A hands‐on, practical and solutions‐focused approach
Strong ownership, accountability and follow‐through
The ability to work in a fast‐paced, evolving environment
