About you
Minimum 2 years' bartending experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-end or fine dining environment
Strong cocktail knowledge and experience, with a solid understanding of premium spirits, wine and beverage service
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, polished approach to guest service
Reliable, positive and able to work collaboratively within a professional hospitality team
Availability across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
Must be available Thursday to Saturday
Casual role with a reliable and regular roster
Sundays and Mondays closed - enjoy consistent days off
