The role involves processing all domestic and international group reservations from quotation through to check-in, using Room Master PMS for bookings, amendments and cancellations.
The successful candidate will respond to calls and emails promptly, stay current with promotions, and maintain a proactive, detail-focused approach to maximise occupancy and rates in a rapid-paced team setting.
