Mobile Speech Pathologist | OTE $100k - $150K + Company Vehicle
Roaming Therapy is looking for aSpeech Pathologistto join our growing mobile allied health team across Melbourne.
This role is ideal for a Speech Pathologist with2+ years' post-graduate experiencewho enjoys working autonomously and wants flexibility, strong earning potential and a varied community-based caseload.
You'll work primarily withpaediatric clients, alongside some adult clients, providing therapy in homes, schools and community settings.

Your Responsibilities
As a Mobile Speech Pathologist, you will:
Conduct speech pathology assessments for paediatric and adult clients
Develop individualised therapy plans based on client goals
Deliver evidence-based speech pathology intervention
Support clients with speech, language and communication needs
Provide therapy across clients'homes,



schools and community settings
Work collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators and other health professionals
Complete clinical notes, reports and required documentation
Manage your caseload and appointment schedule
Provide high-quality, client-centred care
Travel to clients within your allocated Melbourne service area
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience
Experience and confidence working withpaediatric clients
Ability and willingness to work with some adult clients
Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to work confidently and independently in the community
Current driver's licence
Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
Full Australian working rights
NDIS experience is highly regarded.
