About the Role
As a Bar & Café All‐Rounder, you'll support daily operations across our bar, café, and food service areas.
You'll be hands‐on, adaptable, and confident engaging with members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Customer serviceacross the bar and café
Preparing light meals, sandwiches, and general food prep
Making barista‐style coffee(training provided if needed)
Pouring tap beerand basic bar service
Maintaining cleanlinessof work areas, crockery, and glassware
Balancing tillsat end of shift
Receiving and rotating stock(FIFO)
Supporting the Manager withgeneral dutiesas required
What You'll Bring
Ability to prepare simple meals and complete food prep
Barista experienceor willingness to learn




Basic bar knowledgeor willingness to learn
Ability to lift ***** kg when receiving stock
RSA and RCG(essential)
Australian working rights
Own transport(public transport is limited)
A positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work without supervision
