We're seeking compassionateDisability Support Workersto assist participants with daily living, personal care, and community access inToowoomba.
You'll support people living with mental illness, intellectual, or physical disabilities - helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support in line with participant care plans
Assist withpersonal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility
Supportmeal preparation, medication prompts, and household tasks
Promoteindependent living skillsand daily routine management
Facilitatecommunity access- attending appointments, recreational, and social activities
Encouragepositive behaviour supportand emotional wellbeing




Maintainaccurate documentationand progress notes in line with NDIS standards
Communicate effectively with participants, families, and allied health professionals
Follow allsafety, infection control, and privacy protocols
Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and respectful team workplace

Requirements
Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services (students welcome)
CurrentNDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver's Licence(own vehicle with insurance preferred)
WWCC/Blue Card,First Aid & CPR, andNational Police Check
COVID-19 vaccinationin line with current health directives
