Workshop Quality & Compliance Officer (Volkswagen and Cupra)
We are looking for an experienced, technically mindedAutomotive Quality Controllerto join our high-volume Service Department.
This is a key role ensuring workshop repairs, documentation and warranty claims meet Volkswagen factory standardsbefore the vehicle leaves the workshop.

What you'll be doing
Quality checking completed servicing and repairs
Auditing repair orders for accuracy and compliance
Ensuring DISS reports and Guided Fault Finding are completed correctly
Verifying manufacturer repair procedures have been followed
Checking supporting documentation, photos and diagnostic records
Identifying incomplete or non-compliant work before vehicle handover




Helping protect the dealership from repeat repairs and warranty rejections
What we're looking for
Qualified automotive technician or strong technical dealership background
Good understanding of manufacturer repair procedures
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence to challenge work that doesn't meet the required standard
Strong communication and organisational skills
Volkswagen experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right candidate.
This is an key role in a busy, high-performing dealership wherequality, compliance and getting the job right the first time matter.
