ABOUT YOU
Current Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence
Strata management experience
Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Confidence dealing with owners,



committees and contractors
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
A professional and customer-focused approach
