Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction, road works, or infrastructure projects
Sound knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and plant operations
Current White Card, and relevant WHS/safety certifications
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
Experience working to TMR or council specifications is highly regarded
A current driver's license;
Ability to work effectively in a rural/regional environment, including travel between sites across the Fraser Coast
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously on remote sites
What We Offer
competitive salary / vehicle / tools of trade / career progression, etc.
Steady pipeline of work across a variety of civil and infrastructure projects
Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth
We're currently looking to grow our team with a few Site Supervisors — some based locally on the Fraser Coast, and others for remote project work across Central Queensland.
Whether you're after a role closer to home or keen for the variety (and travel allowances) that come with regional work, we'd love to hear from you.
