About the role:
Join one of Australia's leading security organisations and play a vital role in protecting critical Defence infrastructure across Western Sydney.
MSS Security is seeking professional and reliable Defence Security Relievers to support operations across four Defence sites:Glenbrook, Holsworthy, Richmond and Orchard Hills.
This unique position offers the opportunity to work across multiple Defence environments, gain broad operational experience, and build a rewarding long-term career within the Defence sector.

About you:
Australian Citizenship- required for Defence security clearance eligibility




A currentSecurity Licensevalid in NSW
Baseline Defence Clearanceor must be willing to obtain a Baseline Clearance
Excellentcommunication skillsand the ability to interact confidently with Defence personnel and site stakeholders
The ability toremain calm under pressureand make sound decisions
A strong sense ofintegrity,accountability, andattention to detail
Previous security experience is advantageous but not essential.
