We are seeking an enthusiastic and experiencedPrograms Manager / Head Coachto lead our gymnastics programs, develop our coaching team and help deliver outstanding experiences for our customers and community.

The Role
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management and operation of our programs, while identifying opportunities to maximise participation, improve program performance and introduce new initiatives that support the growth of the facility.
You will play a key role in ensuring our programs operate safely, efficiently and consistently, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating gymnastics programs and ensuring they meet agreed goals and targets
Identifying opportunities to maximise program participation and business growth
Training, coaching and developing gymnastics coaches
Maintaining high operating and service standards across programs
Ensuring all program equipment is maintained and safe to use
Supporting a positive, engaging and enjoyable team culture
Identifying and addressing performance gaps and implementing improvements
Building connections with community groups and supporting participation
Promoting access and inclusion across programs and services
Ensuring all health, safety,
risk and compliance requirements are met
About You
You are a passionate gymnastics professional and confident leader who enjoys developing people and creating great experiences for customers.
You may already be working in a Programs Manager, Head Coach or senior coaching position, or you may be an experienced gymnastics coach ready to take the next step in your leadership career.
You will be:
An enthusiastic and motivating leader who can coach and develop others
Passionate about gymnastics and delivering quality programs
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident identifying opportunities to improve programs and participation
Comfortable building relationships with the local community

Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation – Intermediate or above
Working with Children Check or equivalent
National Police Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Strong knowledge of gymnastics programs
Experience in a leadership, coaching or program coordination role is highly regarded

The Company
BK facilities and programs will be tailored to the needs of the communities in which they are located and will include gymnastics facilities for 'Learn to Move' programs and swim centres for 'Learn to Swim' programs.
They will focus particularly on programs for children aged between 1 and 13+ years old but can be expanded to encompass a wide range of other activities, depending on the specific community needs.
The Gymnastics programs will provide the foundation of this physical literacy, with a customised facility model and authentic gymnastics programs including Little Stars - Educational Gymnastics, Gym Fundamentals, Club Gym and All Star Academy Competitive - Artistic gymnastics.
