Lakeside Hotel & Conference Centre is seeking casual Chefs to join the busy Food and Beverage team at Macquarie University, North Ryde.
You will work with a team to deliver on menu requirements across Lachlan's Restaurant, Brew Café, and events, with shifts that include weekends and public holidays.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will help maintain HACCP standards, safety, and presentation while contributing to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture on a wide-ranging seven‐day roster.
