About the role
TwentyThree Projects is seeking an Experienced Joiner/Cabinet Maker to join our talented team in Scoresby, Victoria.
This full-time role will see you making a valuable contribution to the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality joinery and cabinetry for our diverse range of commercial projects.
What you'll be doing
Fabricating and assembling custom-built joinery and cabinetry to client specifications
Reading and interpreting design plans, drawings and technical documents
Operating and maintaining workshop machinery and tools in a safe manner
Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail




Collaborating with project managers, designers and other tradespeople
Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a qualified Joiner or Cabinet Maker
Strong knowledge of cabinetmaking techniques, materials and finishes
Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery, tools and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Effective communication and teamwork skills
