You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while working in a rapid-paced, professional restaurant environment.
Manage the day-to-day front-of-house operations
Lead, train and motivate the FOH team
Prepare and manage staff rosters
Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
Conduct pre-service briefings and oversee service
Manage bookings, table allocation and guest flow
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Monitor beverage, stock and operational requirements
Assist with ordering and stock control
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with relevant legislation
Maintain workplace health and safety standards
Monitor labour costs and manage staffing levels effectively




Assist with recruitment, onboarding and performance management
Ensure restaurant opening and closing procedures are followed
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue
Drive a positive team culture and high level of accountability
Identify opportunities to improve service, sales and the overall guest experience
