We're part of theGiftd Collective, alongside sister brandsThe Cupcake FactoryandDaily Dough Co— a growing group of premium gifting and food brands operating from our Artarmon facility.
We're looking for an experiencedWarehouse & Production Managerto join us on a12-month full-time contractand lead the team behind thousands of customer orders and premium gift deliveries across Australia.
This is a hands‐on leadership role with real ownership.
You'll run the day‐to‐day warehouse and production operation, lead and develop the team, drive productivity and quality, and make sure every order is packed accurately and dispatched on time.
We're looking for someone who enjoysbuilding strong teams, improving processes and making operations run better— someone who can combine structure and discipline with the pace of a growing e‐commerce business.
What you'll be responsible for
Leading and developing the warehouse and production team
Planning daily production and ensuring all orders are dispatched on time
Managing picking, packing, receiving, stock control and dispatch
Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and presentation
Managing inventory, stock rotation and warehouse organisation
Coordinating courier collections and daily manifesting
Rostering the team to meet changing demand
Recruiting,



onboarding and training warehouse staff
Monitoring productivity, labour costs and operational KPIs
Identifying bottlenecks and improving systems and processes
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
Ensuring SOPs are consistently followed
These responsibilities reflect the role's broad ownership of warehouse operations, production, stock control, shipping, reporting, efficiency and team leadership.
Peak season
Christmas is our busiest period, when our warehouse team can grow to aroundfive times its normal size.
You'll play a key role in preparing for peak, recruiting and training seasonal staff, building effective rosters and keeping production running efficiently under high demand.
Additional hours are required during the November and December peak period.
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have experience managing a warehouse, production, fulfilment or similar high-volume operation.
We're looking for someone who is:
A strong and practical people leader
Organised, structured and highly accountable
Comfortable managing KPIs and productivity targets
Strong in planning and problem solving
Focused on quality and attention to detail




Confident managing inventory and stock control
Comfortable in a fast‐paced environment
Proactive about improving processes
Willing to be hands‐on when required
Positive, energetic and able to build a strong team culture
Experience using a walkie‐forklift would be helpful.
The role calls for someone who is accountable, organised, systematic, strong at planning and problem solving, capable of leading a team and willing to lead by example.
What success looks like
Daily orders are packed and dispatched on time
Quality and presentation standards remain consistently high
Picking and packing errors are kept to a minimum
Inventory is accurate, organised and easy to access
Productivity and labour costs are well managed
The warehouse is clean, organised and safe
The team is well trained, motivated and clear on expectations
Processes continue to improve as the business grows
The role is measured against practical outcomes including orders shipping on time, productivity, labour cost per hamper, staff performance and customer satisfaction.
