Encore Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our growing team in Brisbane, QLD.
This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in completing electrical installations and maintenance projects for our diverse client base.
What we're looking for
Qualified electrician with a minimum of 1-2 years' post-apprenticeship experience .
Thorough understanding of electrical theory, installations, maintenance and testing procedures
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Commitment to safety and a track record of creating a safe working environment
Current Queensland electrical license and construction industry white card
What you'll be doing
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with safety regulations
Undertake Electrical installations across a range of commercial projects




Interpret technical drawings and specifications to plan and execute work efficiently
Provide on-site training and mentoring to junior electricians to develop their skills
Liaise with clients, project managers and other contractors to coordinate work schedules and resolve any issues
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and safety procedures.
