RTW Coordinator | Up to $120,000 + Super | Genuine Growth opportunities | Sydney, NSW
Drive recovery.
Influence outcomes.
Build lasting client relationships.
Our client is seeking an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to join a specialist workplace rehabilitation and injury management team in Sydney.
This chance will suit someone who enjoys taking responsibility for their work, building trusted relationships with employers and proactively progressing workplace injuries towards positive and sustainable outcomes.
Working across a portfolio of employer clients, you'll be involved from the early stages of an injury through to successful return to work.
Rather than simply monitoring cases, you'll actively identify what needs to happen next, bring the right stakeholders together and ensure recovery plans continue moving forward.
You'll also work closely with employers to strengthen their approach to injury management, suitable duties and workplace recovery, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining RTW expertise with client relationship management.
About the Role:
Manage workplace injury and RTW cases across a portfolio of employer clients.
Coordinate cases from initial referral through to a safe and sustainable return to work.
Engage with workers, employers, insurers and treating practitioners to drive positive outcomes.
Facilitate medical case conferences and develop effective suitable duties and RTW plans.
Monitor claim progress, costs and timeframes, addressing barriers or delays early.
Provide employers with practical injury management and early intervention advice.
Build strong client relationships and support employers to improve their RTW processes.
Maintain accurate reporting, case notes and documentation while identifying opportunities for additional support.
