Key attributes & skills:
Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends is essential
Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent ideal
Two years experience or more working in a commercial kitchen
Maintain and care for kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
Adequate understanding of HACCP and safety practices
Passion for producing quality dishes in a timely manner
Excellence in working under high-pressure situations, communication and time management
Ability to work in a team workplace
Respectfulness towards fellow staff & customers
