Dash Group is on the hunt for a driven, sales-focused Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in the heart of the CBD.
We're a fast-paced agency specialising in labour hire across construction, civil, and trades – and we're expanding.
What's the role?
This is a trainee recruitment role.
Initially you will focus on candidate attraction and quickly be promoted into a full 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on business development.
You'll be sourcing top-quality candidates and placing them into short-term and ongoing labour hire roles and eventuallybuilding and managing your own client base.
Your day-to-day will include:
Posting job ads and screening candidates
Conducting interviews and reference checks
Managing placements from start to finish
Working closely with our payroll and compliance team
Hitting weekly KPIs and driving your own success
Making outbound sales calls and visiting construction sites
Building and maintaining robust client relationships
What we're looking for:




Proven experience in afast-paced or sales environment(recruitment, trades, construction supply, restaurant industry etc.)
A confident communicator who's not afraid to pick up the phone or knock on-site doors
Motivated, results-focused and resilient
Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with competing priorities
Industry knowledge is a bonus – but not essential if you're a quick learner
