Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Delivery Manager with Property & Casualty domain to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
This role requires a energetic individual with deep expertise in Duck Creek platform, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
Qualifications
***** years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in Duck Creek implementations.
Strong understanding of Duck Creek product suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating).
Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with P&C; system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
Strong expertise in P&C; insurance industry processes and workflows.
Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools like ADO, JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Responsibilities




Manage end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek implementations across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Rating modules.
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and client stakeholders.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to Duck Creek implementation best practices and methodologies.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation and proposal development.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
