MONFINA PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Compliance qualified to own and continually improve the company's compliance framework under AFSL ******, ensuring retail and wholesale client obligations are met and issues are promptly remediated.
This is a hands-on second-line role with direct access to the accountable executive and escalation access to the Board, working across governance, monitoring, complaints, regulatory change, representative supervision and financial crime controls.
