About you
Minimum 2 years' property management experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Sound understanding of residential tenancy legislation and compliance
Experience with Property Tree or similar software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Current Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate
Monday-Friday only
No routine inspections
No leasing responsibilities
Dedicated Leasing Consultant support
Experienced Department Manager support
Paid parking
