Hastings People seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead the culinary development and opening of a recent multi-Asian food hall in Brisbane.
The role combines Cantonese barbecue, yum cha, Southeast Asian dishes and Japanese sashimi, with a strong takeaway component and high-volume breakfast and lunch trade.
