About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Director,



this role requires a high degree of collaboration and as such, the candidate will be someone who can work well as part of a team.
The role will encompass the full development life cycle from site Acquisition, Project Design & Approvals andManagement of the Construction Process.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experiencedSenior Project Manager or Development Managerlooking to take the next step in their career and play a key role within Parkhill's growing Development Division.
The role offers exposure to a diverse development pipeline, ranging fromsmaller-scale residential estates through to large-scale masterplanned communities, providing the opportunity to broaden your development experience and take greater ownership across the full project lifecycle.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be involved fromacquisition and feasibility through planning, approvals, delivery, sales and project completion.
