About the Role
As a Production Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day manufacture, packing and handling of food products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety.
Your responsibilities may include:
Working on food production and processing lines
Operating basic production and packaging equipment
Preparing, weighing and packing food products
Loading and unloading materials and finished products
Labelling, checking and inspecting products
Following production schedules and work instructions
Maintaining a clean and hygienic production environment
Following strictfood safety, hygiene and quality control procedures
Complying with workplace health and safety requirements
Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Working efficiently as part of a production team




Completing other general production duties as required
Shifts Available
We have opportunities acrossday and night shifts, with shift lengths varying depending on the production schedule and site.
Available shifts may include:
8-hour shifts
10-hour shifts
12-hour shifts
Day shifts
Afternoon/evening shifts
Night shifts
Weekday and weekend work may be available
On call shifts
Applicants must be comfortable working the shift pattern offered and understand thatearly starts, late finishes, night work and weekend work may be requireddepending on the roster.
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
Able to perform repetitive tasks
Able to follow instructions and production procedures
Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining high standards
Comfortable working in a team environment
Available for day and/or night shifts
Able to work longer shifts, including10-hour and 12-hour shifts, where required
Previousfood manufacturing or production experienceis highly regarded
Food Safety & Hygiene
Because this is a food manufacturing environment, all employees must have a strong commitment tofood safety, hygiene and quality standards.
You will be required to:
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Wear required PPE and protective clothing
Follow site hygiene and sanitation requirements
Maintain clean and hygienic work practices
Follow allergen, contamination and product-handling procedures
Report any food safety, quality or workplace safety issues immediately
