Axial Training is seeking an enthusiastic and industry-focused Electrotechnology Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of this role, you may be responsible for delivering and supporting:
Certificate III Electrotechnologytraining and assessment
Certificate II Electrotechnologyprograms delivered to secondary school students
Practical, hands‐on electrical training and theory
Student mentoring, support and assessment
Developing confident, capable and work‐ready students
Maintaining quality training, assessment and compliance requirements
Working closely with Axial Training's team and our school partners
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with schools and students, bringing yourreal‐world electrical experience into the classroom and workshopand helping students understand what a career in the electrical industry can really look like.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Qualified and experienced inElectrotechnology
An experiencedTrainer & Assessor,
or working towards the required TAE qualification
Passionate about sharing their industry knowledge
Confident delivering practical and theoretical training
Reliable, organised and committed to quality outcomes
Able to engage and connect with secondary school students
Current with industry practices, standards and workplace expectations
Someone who enjoys working with young people and seeing them develop and succeed
